Best of Texas Apps (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile applications (the “apps”).   Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATIONS.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason.  We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy.  You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Applications after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted. 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments which may also collect and use data about you.  We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We purposefully provide anonymous login information to collect as little personal information from you as possible. By providing this anonymous login, we avoid asking you to give us your own name, email or other personal information or that of students or children under 13 years of age.

We do not request, collect, transfer, or store student personal information within our apps or through our servers.

Our apps do communicate with our server over a secure connection. The apps transfer the anonymous login information we provide to you to log you into the apps, stores your progress and retains the IP address of the login. All of this is stored only with your anonymous login. We only use this information to facilitate your use of the apps and to troubleshoot problems. We never sell your information to third parties.

We delete all stored data at the end of each school year, in June. If you want us to delete stored data associated with the login provided to you, please contact us at peggy@bestoftexasapps.com.
